Steve’s mission in life and life’s work is to help sales professionals become wildly successful. I believe that the quality of sales conversations matters, yet the profession of sales largely misses the mark on teaching sales reps how to have great conversations. After 10 years as a sales trainer I learned that the only way to achieve my mission was through the use of technology to help more sales professionals worldwide.
